Construction has begun on our 6,500-seat stadium at
Obetz Fortress Field!
Sightlines Athletic Facilities is excited to be a part of this project! From The Columbus Dispatch - "Officials hope a planned first-of-its-kind stadium will transform Obetz into the epicenter of Midwestern lacrosse. The facility, known as Fortress Field, will be located on the site of the closed Columbus Motor Speedway. It will be the Ohio Machine Major League Lacrosse team's home field, and the first facility in the United States designed specifically for the professional sport. The goal is to eventually attract a variety of other events to Fortress Field, including concerts, trade shows, festivals, sports contests at all levels and more. The Ohio Aviators team of Pro Rugby North America will also use the facility as its home field. The 250-acre complex plans to host its opening day in May."
